My granddaughter loves to make these! They are perfect on a hot summer day! Taste almost just like the originals.
- Let ice cream thaw until soft.
- Take a graham cracker and break along the line into two.
- Place ice cream in the middle. Place another graham cracker on top like a sandwich, wrap in wax paper and chill in frezer!
- Wait 1 hour at least before eating.
I made this yesterday for last night's St. Patrick's Day meal! It was quite a hit! In place of the vanilla ice cream I used green-dyed Pistachio ice cream. ;) Thank you for posting this recipe! It only took me 10 minutes to prepare. I like that you specify to wrap the sandwiches in wax paper-very good idea. cg ;)
