Love this in the summertime!
- In 5 cup blender container, combine milk and malted milk.
- Blend at medium speed, stopping blender frequently to scrape sides, until instant malted milk is dissolved (30 to 40 seconds).
- Add ice cream; continue blending, stopping blender frequently to scrape sides, until smooth (30 to 40 seconds).
- Serve immediately.
I made this using just 2 cups of softened chocolate ice-cream and the other ingredients just the same as in the recipe. I did this because I wanted it creamier(richer!!). Came out marvellous and I did add 3 drops of Mc Cormick's Pure Peppermint Extract. That gave a beautiful twist to this simple recipe. It tasted even more wonderful! This is going to be part of my special Father's Day menu for my dear dad:) Thank YOU for sharing!
