delicious, healthy, ice cream in a bag!


  1. put first three ingredients in the smaller ziploc and combine. place ice and salt in the larger ziploc bag (rock salt works best).
  2. squeeze the bag around for approximately 15 minutes until ice cream inside is thickened.
  3. remove from larger bag and eat with a spoon right out of the small ziploc bag!
