  1. I love the ease of this recipe. My kids loved making them and I loved eating them!

  2. These are the bomb!!! We made them for our desert on a camping trip for a Italian Night theme meal. They were devoured in minutes. So very easy and I made the filling during the day when I was bored. Thanks for the great recipe.

  3. I thought these were really great, and I am not a big cannoli fan. My husband thought they were good too. The only thing I would do different is not fill them until they are ready to be served. They did get soggy pretty quickly. The taste of the filling is superb. I will definintely use this again.

  4. Nana Lee you saved me the trouble of posting this recipe. If you can't find cannoli shells and are too lazy to make them, this recipe tastes almost authentic. not a Philly cannoli, but good for an Ocala cannoli. I don't use the sprinkles or the orange peel and I whirl the chocolate chips in the food processor.

<p>I'm a journalism and French major at the University of Georgia who discovered the joy of cooking a couple of years ago. I spend my summer vacations making dinner almost every night for my family, which includes my two younger sisters (11 and 14), and leap at the opportunity to cook every time I go home for a weekend visit...unfortunately, cooking in the dorms is more trouble than it's worth! <br /> <br /><img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/projects/chef3.jpg" alt="Image hosted by Photobucket.com" /><a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"> <br /> <br /><img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/beartag_1_1.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting" /> <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/adopted_1_1.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting" /> <br /> <br /><img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/projects/pacbanner.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket" /> <br /><img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/projects/200_PACpic.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket" /></a></p>
