Ingredients Nutrition

  • 13 cup fage 0% fat free Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (melted in micro for 18 seconds)
  • 0.5 (1 g) packet Splenda sugar substitute (1/2 teaspoon) or 0.5 (1 g) packet Sweet 'n Low (1/2 teaspoon)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free raspberry preserves or 1 tablespoon torani sugar-free chocolate syrup

Directions

  1. Mix and freeze for 2 hours.
  2. Enjoy.
