This is the second recipe we use sometimes.
- 6 eggs
- 2 1⁄4 cups sugar
- 5 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 cans evaporated milk
- 1⁄4 cup cream
- 1⁄2-3⁄4 gallon milk
- Beat together the first six ingredients.
- Then add the next two in and mix.
- Pour into your gallon ice cream freezer.
- Fill to instructed level with milk.
- Follow manufacture's directions from here on.
