Sandwich consisting of green olives, black beans, havarti cheese with salami on a low-carb tortilla.
- 1⁄2 cup green olives, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup black beans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 slice havarti cheese
- 4 slices salami, preferably Sopresseta
- 1 low-carb tortilla
- Heat oil in pan and add garlic, olives and beans.
- Saute until heated then top with cheese and set aside.
- Heat tortilla in pan.
- Top wrap with salami and olive mixture.
