- 2 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas
- 3 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- Drain chickpeas and blend. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- To make it a tahini recipe, add 1/4 cup tahini. Or you could add 1 cup cooked carrots.
