My family and I are trying to be more health conscious these days and eat meals with less fat. I wanted to create a Ranch dressing that was healthy but still had the awesome Ranch taste that we all love. When I made this for the first time I served it on salad and didn't tell my DH and kids. I told them at the end that it was a homemade lowfat Ranch and they couldnt' believe it. This dressing has so little to no fat you won't have any guilt eating it.

Well I thought this was very good and I am excited to think I can finally eat a good tasting Ranch Dressing without the worry of calories and fat. This will be one I use often. Thanks for sharing!
- 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt or 2 cups nonfat yogurt
- 16 ounces hidden valley ranch dressing mix
- 2 teaspoons low-fat sour cream (optional) or 2 teaspoons nonfat sour cream (optional)
