    momma213's Note:

    This is a recipe a member of our Church uses to make Hush Puppies. They are the best we have tried so I am putting the recipe here for safe keeping. I am not sure on how hot the deep fryer should be but we just heat it up to the max and go from there. They cook fast

      Pour enough oil in deep fryer to cover. Mix all ingredients, set aside or refridgerate for at least 1/2 hour. Using a tablespoons so cookie scoop, place scoops in Hot Oil till golden brown. Servings and yield depends on size of each puppy.
