Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (8 ounce) package Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 13 cup milk
  • frying oil
  • 14 cup flour
  • 14 cup finely chopped onions or 14 cup onion flakes

Directions

  1. Preheat oil to 375°F.
  2. Stir all ingredients till well mixed.
  3. Drop by level teaspoon into hot oil and fry about 2 minutes (1 minute each side).
  4. Drain and serve.
