Very tasty! I only used 3 tbs of low sodium soy sauce to cut back on the sodium and it still tastes great! Also, as another suggested, using pre-cut broccolli slaw instead of celery and some of the other veggies saves time.

Enjoyed making this recipe ~ I'm a chopper, what can I say! Used a red bell pepper & served this colorful chicken dish over a mix of rice & peas! Considering the amount of sodium already in the ingredients, I omitted any S&P at the end & cut back the red chili sauce to 1 teaspoon! Loved it, & thanks much for sharing! My meat-eating son gave this 4 stars. Very easy to make. I used regular sugar and left out the peanuts because the meat-eater is not a nut-eater. Reviewed for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders Tag.

Enjoyed this very much and very quick to make, once you have done all the prep work. Served over Jasmin rice. :)

This gets a 4 star for flavors colors and all around ease of the recipe - I made exactly as set forth in the recipe and like it very much indeed - for future I think I would like to add a litte green color with some snow peas and perhaps just a touch of chili paste. (love hot foods) great post Ms. Sally!!!!!!!
