      I too ended up making this in a saute pan rather than steaming in the microwave. It was ready quickly and tasted great. The colors were pretty and I loved the crispness of the veggies. Made for ZWT4.

      These were a wonderful change from the same ole green beans. I'm trying to wean my husband off of canned green beans and this fit the bill! They were a little savory and a little sweet. I must admit... I don't own a microwave, so I just sautèd everything. The onions are delicious carmelized and the potatoes were browned. Very yummy! Thanks for the great side dish recipe!!

      A tasty, easy side dish. It's really great that it's low in points as well but doesn't taste like it! Made for Zaar World Tour 4 for the Tastebud Tickling Travellers.

      A great quick recipe. I wanted to give the dish a caramelized feel. The onions were lightly sauted in the olive oil and the remaining ingredients tossed in.
