Hungarian Lecso With Eggs

"This Hungarian lecso is made with eggs"

• Ingredients: 6
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 3 tomatoes, cut up small
• 3 fresh green peppers, cut up small
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 onion
• 1⁄2 lb salami, diced

directions

1. First fry the onions in the oil.
2. add tomatoes and peppers, and cook until peppers are soft.
3. add the diced salami and pour the beaten eggs over the mixture just before removing from the heat.

I changed the salami for Viennese Frankfurters, as my family don't really like salami, and it was delicious! My hysband can't have peppers as they repeat on him, any ideas?
