I don't remember where I got this recipe, but it's very simple and I usually have the ingredients around since it doesn't use tahini. I sometimes add roasted red peppers or pesto at the end - or make one of each to have red and green hummus at Christmas

  1. Drain & rinse chickpeas, reserving 1 T liquid
  2. Put all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.
