This is one of the most popular dishes at the cafe I work at-there you can get it on 3 different choices of wrap; sun-dried tomato, spinach, or flour. It's REALLY good
- microwave tortilla for a few seconds to make it pliable.
- spread hummus over tortilla.
- add assorted veggies.
- add lettuce last.
- roll up and slice in half or eat whole. enjoy!
This was a good, fast and healthy lunch. I may add avocados next time I have some. Thanks for a nice recipe!
This was a delightful treat. The wrap was fresh, light and delicious. It was as though you were eating a freshly prepared salad with all of the fixins. Loved it and will add it to my list of "keepers". Thanks for sharing.
I can see why this would be a favorite at the cafe. It is filled with healthy goodness! I like the recipe because it "made" me put on more veggies than I normally would have. All were delicious in the wrap. I took a photo of it unrolled because I filled it pretty high!
