- 3 garlic cloves, minced, more if you like
- 1⁄4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
directions
- Combine everything in a food processor until smooth.
- Chill.
- Serve with olive oil on top with crackers, pita bread, or veggies.
