  • Pour chickpeas into a blender.
  • Add about 1 tbsp sesame tahini.
  • Add garlic.
  • Add yoghurt.
  • Add Lemon juice.
  • Add olive oil.
  • Blend till a creamy consistency. If it looks too thick, add some of the juice from the can of chickpeas.
  • Add salt & pepper to taste.
  • Present hummus on a flat dish and drizzle some olive oil and paprika.

  1. Everyone in our family loved this spread. I made it in the food processor, and probably used more yogurt to make it more sauce-like for my purpose. Excellent flavor. :)

I like to EAT! Too much, I'm afraid! Food & recipes that are traditional and old school are my favorites. There is so much conveniece food out there which I am greatful for, but sometimes its just really nice to make something up from scratch!
