Wonderful dip for nachos or pita chips.
- 4 cups canned chick-peas
- 2 lemons, juice and zest of
- 4 tablespoons tahini
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- Puree everything in a food processor until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as you like.
