I liked that this was a little lower in fat than some of the other recipes, but I thought it had a bit too much lemon and was a little too thick.

  1. In blender or food processor, puree all ingredients until smooth. Pour into serving bowl. Can garnish with a sprinkle of paprika (not hot paprika) and parsley.
  2. Note: Tahini can be found in many grocery stores and specialty stores in the middle eastern food aisle.
