This is a delicious beginning to any meal! I sometimes add pimientos, or herbs to spice it up a bit.
I also make my own crisps, with baking Pitas Bread, sprinkled with cinnamon, and cutting to make fresh chips. So delicious.

Sorry, I won't be making this again. All I can taste is olive oil...it's like eating pasty olive oil.

Super! This is really close to my favorite restaurant's hummus. I did make a small change by replacing about 1/8 of the olive oil with lemon juice to kick it up - I really like lemon. This was absolutely wonderful. Nothing super fancy in it, very easy to make, I whirled it together in my food processor in no time. I did use canned chickpeas :)

I was going to post this recipe but you've beaten me to it. I really like this hummus recipe and its SO easy to make. The only difference between this and my recipe is that I add a little paprika and used tinned organic chickpeas.
