  • 1 lb ground veal
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or 1 cup cracker crumb
  • 12 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients together.
  2. Form the mixture into a long, free-form loaf.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
