This came from Obesity Help. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
- 1⁄4 cup frozen pineapple juice concentrate
- 1⁄3 cup white wine
- 1⁄2 cup chicken broth
- 1⁄4 cup shoyu soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 teaspoon powdered ginger or 1⁄4 teaspoon a pinch fresh ginger
- 1 -2 drop Worcestershire sauce
- chicken wings
- Grill the wings and brush on the sauce like bbq sauce.
