All the flavours of the tropics and more. Shake with ice until chilled, but don't let the ice melt away the flavours.
- 1 ounce coconut rum
- 1⁄2 ounce Chambord raspberry liquor (raspberry flavoured liqueur)
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- fresh raspberry
- Put all three ingredients in a cocktail mixer with lots of ice. stir or shake until cold. Float 2 or 3 fresh raspberries in the glass.
