A sugar cookie with a surprise in the middle.
- 1 cup margarine
- 1⁄2 cup sugar or 1⁄2 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1⁄3 cups flour
- 12 Hershey chocolate kisses
- Beat margarine, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
- Add flour beat on low blend well.
- Cover and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Wrap 1 tsp of dough around a Hersey's Kiss or Christmas chocolate ball.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 375°F until cookie is set but not brown.
