We love this! I do not use Splenda so substituted granulated. Even though they have a "healthy" texture, my kids still wipe them out. I have added just about everything, our favorite is frozen raspberries I buy in bulk from the warehouse store. I premeasured out each batch of dry ingredients into quart ziplock bags and then put all of them into one Large ziplock which I had written the instructions in sharpie marker. Now my 12 y/o makes them herself:)

  1. Mix flour with oil a little at a time till well blended.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Store up to three months in large airtight container.
  4. To use mix.
  5. Mix approximately 2 1/2 cups of mix with 1 egg, 1/2 cup applesauce, and 1/2-1 cup milk, depending on what type of add-on you use. I use at least 1 cup of add-ons. This is not counting spices or flavorings.
  6. Suggestions for add-ons:.
  7. Pumpkin puree.
  8. Mashed ripe bananas.
  9. Shredded carrots.
  10. Shredded zucchini.
  11. Chopped apple.
  12. Crushed pineapple.
  13. Blueberries.
  14. Raspberries.
  15. Blackberries.
  16. Chopped peaches.
  17. Raisins.
  18. Cranberries.
  19. Dried cherries.
  20. Chopped nuts.
  21. Vanilla.
  22. Maple flavor or maple syrup.
  23. Cinnamon.
  24. Ginger.
  25. cardamom.
  26. Nutmeg.
  27. These sky it the limit.
  28. Bake at 350°F for approximately 20 minutes or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Be careful not to over bake.
  29. Serving sized is guesstimate.
