- 1⁄2 cup bobs mill pancake mix
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze
- 1⁄2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- Whisk ingredients together in a separate bowl until smooth. Pour into a heated nonstick pan and cook about 3-4 min on each side.
