Something my mom used to make for me and my brother when we were stuck in the house on a cold snowy day. (They still taste good!)
- Spread peanut butter on one graham cracker.
- Spread marshmallow cream on the other graham cracker.
- Then smush together.
- Eat and enjoy.
What a yummy treat! It was like eating a candy bar without the chocolate coating (speaking of which, I bet these would be great dipped in melted chocoate). I only used 1-1/2 tablespoons each of the PB and marshmallow creme as I thought 6 T. total on a cracker square would be too thick to get my mouth around even after they were smushed. If were to make these using the entire cracker rectangle, then I would use the whole amount listed.
