For tapas challenge; stuffed eggs.
- 3 tomatoes, large cut in half
- 1 cup ham, chopped fine
- 6 eggs, poached
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Discard seeds from tomatoes.
- Chop ham; divide evenly in tomatoes.
- Broil 5 minutes.
- Add poached egg and shredded cheese; sprinkle with paprika.
- Broil until cheese melts.
So simple and OUTSTANDING. I just made 1 for me for lunch. No need to add or take anything. Thanks for sharing this recipe. A keeper!
