  1. Heat tortillas and beans according to package directions.
  2. Heat oil over medium high heat in large skillet; crack three eggs into skillet.
  3. Cook 2-3 minutes or until desired doneness; repeat with remaining eggs.
  4. Sprinkle eggs with salt and pepper.
  5. Place one egg on each tortilla; top with beans, salsa, sour cream and avocado.
