Eggs that have green salsa on one side and red on the other. Zaar World Tour 8. To make it easier you could just use red and green salsa from store from la cocina de leslie.

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. In two separate sauce pans cook red and green sauce for 20 minutes; cool; and run through blender.
  2. Fry eggs in butter, 2 per person; put on plate.
  3. Spoon 1/4 cup green sauce around one egg on side and 1/4 cup red sauce around other egg. The eggs are in middle and the sauce only goes on one side of plate and meets in middle.

I don't eat eggs by themselves too much anymore but this was so good! I enjoyed the sauces and did use store bought. Thanks Dienia! Made by a Herbaceous Curvaceous Honey for ZWT 20121.

This was delicious! I've never had tomatillos before and had to use canned ones because I have no access to fresh ones. But anyway, it was a very pleasant change from huevos rancheros or other kinds of fried eggs! And so easy to make, too. We had this as a light dinner with Yummy Bacon Sweet Potatoes which made a wonderful match. Thanks for sharing :)

Yum, this is delicious with a nice little zip from the serrano and jalapeno chiles in the sauces! The presentation is very nice too. I served with taquitos to scoop up the last of the sauce. Thanks for sharing! ZWT8
