These were quite tasty! I used dried cranberries, and some pecans. Also added a bit of cinnamon. Thanks!

These are so good. If you're used to making low fat muffins you'll love them. I used frozen berries instead of dried and they turned out great. My favorite part is the honey.

Yummy muffins...I particularly liked the mixture of the honey and wheat germ in the batter!! I used a combo of all-purpose and whole wheat flours and dried cherries. I will definitely make these again and use all sorts of other berry types but I really want to try them with chopped nuts next -(that's how much I like the nutty flavor of the batter...make the whole muffin just a honey nut treat...YUMMY!!) Thanks for sharing ladypit and Thanks to your Hubby too!!

I feel kind of bad leaving a review because I made this recipe but had no berries! So...I used 1 tbsp cinn & vanilla to make it into a sweet wheat germ muffin! I used whole wheat flour & topped it with some cinn/Splenda for some fun. It really did come out tasting good with the healthy ingredients-so thank you!

Turned out great. Only change I made was to use whole wheat pastry flour, which turned out nicely. I also used cranberries, but will try again using other mixed berries. Great recipe. Made exactly 12 muffins and the cook time was just right. Thanks!

These are excellent. Light and fluffy with just the right combination of flavors. Also very filling. I love the addition of the wheat germ which gives it such a nice texture. I used dried cranberries which is what I had on hand. The recipe doesn't say when to add the honey, so I just added it with the milk and egg mixture. They turned out great so I guess that was okay. Thanks Jen for a great reci
