I loved this chicken dish! The chicken I used came pacakged already thin sliced and ready to cook. I made this on a work night and dinner was on the table in less then 1/2 hour. The only thing I wasn't sure of was how much lemon juice to use so I only used a small amount, just under two tablespoons. This amount was just right. Everyone in my family enjoyed this meal. I will be making this again.

We loved this recipe. I added a bit more seasoning than just salt and pepper. I added lemon pepper and a little cajan seasoning as well. At the end when you mix the butter and lemon juice, I also added a couple of cloves of minced garlic. Next time I am going to try to add a few sliced baby bella mushrooms. My hubby declared this his new favorite chicken dish. Thanks for the recipe.

Outstanding! My hubby and I LOVED this dish =D I did everything accordingly except for the flour. I used Italian Style Bread Crumbs instead =) Just lovely. I would probably incorporate a few herbs into the pasta next time (nothing wrong with it the way it is, I just love herbs). Thanks for a keeper ;)

Made this dish again last night and it rocked. The key is to keep the temp as low a possible while browning the chicken. This way the butter does not cook out.

This was GREAT!! I found some Turkey scallopini at the grocery store and went looking for a recipe to use. I came across this and made it and my family thought it was wonderful! I did use light butter to cut out some of the calories, but even if it was too many calories it was certainly worth it! Nice recipe!

Very Good! I followed your recipe except that I made 5 breasts and a ton of pasta because the Kiddo loves angel hair. I ended up making additional lemon-butter sauce, because the large amount of noodles soaked up most of it. It was all eaten except for a little pasta. Very easy and very tasty.I may throw in a little minced garlic next time. Thanks!

Would you believe asparagus lead me to this recipe?? I had some asparagus tips to use up and the ingrediants of this recipe just screamed at me! Hope you don't mind me giving it my own little kick. I too tried to cut the butter just a bit and sauteed the chicken breasts in oilve oil. This dish couldn't have been better!! Very easy to make and very fresh tasting!! It reminded me of nice meal I would serve out on the patio in the summertime. Thanks for this great recipe! :)

This is the flavor I have been looking for!. Very similar to a dish I am addicted to at TGIF. I did cut down on the butter a little, and threw in some capers like the restaurant does. I think I will add just a touch of garlic next time. Thanks!!

So very easy and very good. I loved the lemon flavor. I skipped the pasta and made broccoli as my side dish. Also to cut the butter back, I cooked the chicken in 2 Tbls olive oil and 3 Tbls butter. Thanks

Very easy to make. Great tasting. I added minced garlic. And also made my own lemon butter sauce. I love lemon. I also tossed some steamed asparagus to the sauce. My family, very picky eaters, oved it.
