I have a Vitamix and this process is still too time consuming along with the cost of almonds. Hubby said I should just go ahead and purchase almond flour, it is more consistent in texture and can be substituted cup for cup in most recipes for all purpose flour. I can and do make almond meal, that is not difficult. IMHO make your almond meal and purchase your almond flour.
