A yummy version of Rice Pudding with a chocolate twist.

Directions

  1. Combine milk, rice, sugar, and chocolate in a 2 or 3 quart pan.
  2. Place pan on burner over medium heat.
  3. Cook, stirring often, until pudding is thick and creamy, about 20 minutes. Take off burner.
  4. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Spoon into serving dishes; cool about 10 minutes.
  6. Serve warm or cold.
