Yummmmmmmmmm!!! I used three different chilies for the dipping sauce - a jalapeno, a serrano and a habanero. I loved this recipe and can't wait to try it again. I'll certainly be using the dipping sauce with other meat in the future. Thank you!

Amazing...I can't believe I never rated this recipe. The marinade is sweet like teriyaki & the dipping sauce makes this steak! I have to double the sauce because it's soo good. My dh & I can finish this in one sitting...very bad! Everyone that we have served this to loves it. A great way to spruce up a cheap cut of meat & make it fabulous. Thanks HappyBunny!

We ate this all before I could take a picture! I couldn't see my dh dipping his beef, so I added all the dipping sauce ingredients to the marinade. This was SO good!We each ate our share. Then, dh said "I'm not hungry anymore, but I REALLY want to eat the rest" - So we did! I can't believe we ate the whole thing! I also made another batch of dipping sauce, just in case we wanted to dip, but we didn't, so I'm using it again with the soy sauce & brown sugar as marinade for dinner tonight. This time it's pork chops. SO good. This one goes in our "favorites" file. Thank you very much for the wonderful recipe. I'm sill working my way through all those thai chiles I bought at the farmers market. With recipes like this one, I will go through them quickly.
