Easy and delightful salad full of fresh flavours. Goes well with any grilled meat or fish. Try adding some chopped fresh parsley or other herbs as a variation.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 250 g green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup broad bean, frozen or fresh
- 1 (300 g) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard
