Hot Swiss Chard Salad

Top Review by Sharon6

This was delicious and relatively easy to make. My family loves garlic, so I minced a large clove of garlic and added it to the oil before heating.

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Marinate garlic clove in oil for 1 hour.
  2. Remove garlic. Wash, dry and tear chard into bite-size pieces (remove stems). Just before serving, heat oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour over chard.
  4. Toss until well coated.
  5. Sprinkle with eggs and bacon.
  6. Toss lightly.
  7. Garnish with hard-cooked egg slices, if desired.
  8. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
