  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream and parmesan cheese.
  • Add creamed spinach and Tiger Sauce. Tiger Sauce can be found at most grocery stores with the rest of the hot sauces.
  • Mix in diced jalapeno and tomato.
  • Spread mixture in a greased, small glass baking pan. Top with cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs if desired.
  • Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the cheddar cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Let cool for 5-10 minutes and serve with tortilla chips. I mix the cheddar cheese in with the rest of the dip, but that's just my preference.
