- 226.79 g package fat free cream cheese
- 118.29 ml fat free sour cream
- 29.58 ml fat-free mayonnaise
- 177.44 ml fat-free cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 177.44 ml finely chopped spinach
- 425.24 g can crabmeat, drained and rinsed
directions
- Mix all together and fold in crab last.
- Top with a little cheese and green onion.
- Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
