This tea smells so nice as it is brewing. I don't normally use sugar in my tea but this definitely does need it to cut the bitterness of the lemon juice. I assumed that you meant to say 1/4 C of orange juice so that is what I used. Made for Comfort Cafe Jan 2010.

This was a great morning tea. The juices wern't overpowering but supported the Oolong tea that I used beautifully. That said I did use a fresh cinnamon stick in the cup for the sipping duration. Made for Comfort Cafe, Jan 09.
