From: "366 Low Fat Brand Name Recipes", this is a delicious treat on cold winter nights and is fat free!
- 2 quarts apple cider
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon whole allspice
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
- cinnamon stick (to garnish)
- Combine cider and spice ingredients in large saucepan.
- Bring to a slow boil, cover, and simmer 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and pour through a strainer.
- Add a cinnamon stick to each mug for garnish.
