  • Clean and wash chitterlings by pulling off the fat and debris.
  • Soak in salted water to clean.
  • Put chittlerings in water.
  • Add garlic, onions, chile' pepper, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Cook 3-4 hours.

  1. Very good. I didn't use the chili pepper because I didn't want it too hot for my mother. I added some pig's stomach and smoked pig tails.
