I just put 2 doughs in the oven to rise. They feel incredible! I hand kneaded (no machine). We'll see what happens, and update the review :-)

D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S !!! We really liked this pizza ! I used 1 cup white whole wheat flour and 1 1/4 all-purpose flour for the dough. I also added some turkey sausage for the filling and pre-baked the crust for 10 minutes at 400º F. Thanks, Marz for this wonderful recipe ! I will making this again and again !
