- 236.59 ml mayonnaise
- 1 egg (slightly beaten)
- 304.75 g canned cream of celery soup
- black pepper
- 59.14 ml white onion (chopped)
- 8 water chestnuts (chopped)
- 236.59 ml crabmeat (flaked)
- 236.59 ml boiled shrimp (chopped)
- 453.59 g potato (cooked & diced)
- 118.29 ml bread or 118.29 ml cracker crumb
- 14.79 ml butter (melted) or 14.79 ml margarine (melted)
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a large bowl, combine mayo, egg, soup, pepper, onions, and water chestnuts.
- Gently mix in crab, shrimp, and potatoes.
- Put into a 8 x 8 baking pan.
- Combine bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over seafood mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve HOT.
