I had a oops moment as a 2 legged gremlin had eaten all the hot salami so had to use a 125 grams of pepperoni which added a very interesting taste to the chicken and overall was really enjoyed and once you have everything prepared you can have the dish and the pasta cooked in the same time frame making it a very quick dish (I also steamed some vegies to go on the side). thank you very much **Mandy**, made for Name that Ingredient tag game.

I made a half recipe of this for the two of us (although I still used a whole onion and clove of garlic) This is super quick, super tasty and very rich. We thought it was fantastic and will be making it again soon (but maybe using pork fillet next time for variety).

Thanks for an easy, filling recipe! I did not have hot salami, just regular, so I added plenty of cayenne pepper to make up the difference. I used fat free sour cream, and it tasted great.

We really enjoyed this quick, easy and very satisfying dish. I added a bit of cayenne for additional spice and a dash or two of salt to really bring out the flavours. Other than that I didn't change a thing. A yummy twist to basic stroganoff! Made for ZWT3. Thanks Mandy!

I needed something really fast, satisfying and with items on hand! Yep! This did the trick and then some! We totally loved this, and my DH and family had seconds which led to an empty dish. The sauce was a perfect balance of seasonings, although just for kicks, I added a bit of cayenne pepper, (Just a dash) to the sauce, along with a spot of salt. I threw just a bit of fresh dill on top for presentation, and that's it, devoured. Thanks, Mandy! Made for *ZWT3 07*

Really enjoyed this and really quick to make! It has a little less quantity of sauce than regular stroganoff but the salami is in interesting twist and worked really well over the top of moist noodles where the flavours all blended together.
