    Super easy weeknight meal! My boys love "Hot Rice". Not sure how I came up with this because I have been making it for as long as I can remember. One dish meal and serve up with a couple of slices of white bread and YUM!

    Directions:

      Brown ground beef and drain.

      Put ground beef in a bowl with the can of rotel.

      Cook rice a roni according to directions but with only 2 cups of water and add beef/rotel mixture before putting lid on.
