We love European-style potato salads, and this is definitely a fine example. I adjusted the preparation process slightly because I wanted to leave out the flour and water. So instead I browned the bacon, then added chopped onion and sliced cabanossi (we can%u2019t get kielbasa in Australia). I let all this soften for a bit and then added the vinegar, sugar and seasonings. Finally, I poured this over the still-warm potatoes, and garnished it all with chopped egg and fresh coriander (cilantro). Served with pan-fried fish, green beans and a Greek salad. It%u2019s always nice to hear nothing but %u2018yum, yum%u2019 throughout dinner. Thanks so much for posting.
