- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 3⁄4 lb jalapeno pepper cheese
- 3⁄4 lb white American cheese
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (4 ounce) jar pimientos
directions
- Thaw, drain and squeeze spinach dry.
- Melt cheeses in the half and half.
- Add spinach, onion and pimentos.
- Serve with tortilla chips or pita bread.
