Just how I like my shrimp; nice and garlicky! I subbed butter for the oil and halved the amount to save some fat calories. I loved the kick from the red pepper flakes. If you make this for a romantic dinner, make sure you both love garlic. ;) Thanx for posting.
I tried this after seeing it in Gourmet magazine. I used less oil than indicated and decreased the red pepper. I minced the garlic for extra flavor.
